Love every decible of whats on it,they were the universe of musical ideas and originality in all their compositions, nothing was the same ,original everytime, the y left no room on the table, they were it.what would the world have been without the Beatles ? very monochrome .Kevin Molloy

How good were THE BEATLES? am going to answer that question by reveiwing this album, when THE BEATLES called a day in 1970 most people thought the cream of their music had been released then 26 years later anthology 3 was released 2 discs of outtakes, demos, jams ,we get LENNON genius with acoustic MEAN MR MUSTERD,POLYTHENE PAM and superb version of GLASS ONION MACCAS BLACKBIRD,MOTHERS NATURES SON just as good as the finished songs on the white album then theirs GEORGES WHILE MY GUITAR GENTLY WEEPS this acoustic version is the price of the album alone. We get songs from the get back sessions a basic LONG AND WINDING ROAD, LET IT BE a medley of rock n roll classics, then theres a brilliant verson of COME TOGETHER ,MACCA playin all the instruments on COME AND GET IT which he gave to apple group BAD FINGER to recored its that good they didnt change a beat when they released it as there single. How good were THE BEATLES when i heard this album in 1996 it affirmed to me somthing i already new they were that good.
