Big double you tee eff to that. Clarkson couldn't be Dylan if she tried. She was on American-freakin'-Idol -- i'm not sure what, exactly, that says...but you can get what it means. -_-;

I definitely took it as a joke.  There aren't any fans of Clarkson who are intelligent enough to write an article as articulate as this one is.
