Title: early beatles history
Post by: on October 07, 2004, 11:24:23 PM
Hi, does anyone know if the beatles were ever called the bugs?  I was wondering because I have a 45 of "the bugs" she loves you, and I can't find it anywhere to research it.  It is only a single with another song on the other side, but when it was given to me by my father I was told that it was a beatles record.  If anyone knows I would love to hear from you!
Thanks

I know this doesn't help! But  there was a copycat band out there because I saw an old album by the BEETLES once. An lp from the 60's. Had Beatles songs on it.

The Beatles were called a few things before they were called the Beatles. ie. The quarrymen, The Silver Beatles etc. But never the Bugs.
