It matters because there have been all these misunderstandings and snappiness.  That's why.

Without knowing who or what you were addressing it hit me wrong.  I don't think it's such a mental stretch to see why it did.

ouch... see lets step back and look at it... Charlie is insulted by Ed... Charlie makes a big deal about it and insults Ed himself. Ed says she didn't mean for it to be like that but insults him anyways in telling him to grow up.  Charlie then gets upset and does an insult with the whole "mental stretch."   


Lets see if Ed can throw back a response with out an insult!


(This isn't an insult to Ed or Charlie by the way)

Yeah, right.  No insult indeed. 

I ASKED Ed if it was directed to me.  I thought it was.  It sure looked that way.

She said no.  I *apologized*.  I mentioned WHY I thought it was aimed my way.

'Mental stretch' was not an insult.  It was my point.  Her post followed mine, with no quote to identify who she was talking to.  I don't think it's unreasonable to mention that that is why I misunderstood.  Or to ask folks to indicate who a post is meant for.

Your own snappish peevishness the past few weeks has contributed a lot to this place recently.  It's understandable given your personal situation, but you have no idea what MY personal situation is, so a tad more benefit of the doubt would be nice.  With the exception of wrestling with Wayne I think I've comported myself quite well over the months.

I think you're all making a big deal over nothing, My Liar comment was directed to PC even if hit had been directed to Charlie, he should have known it to be a joke, I don't make a habit of insulting people.. You can all kiss my ass. I've got better things to do with my time that worry about insulting Charlie, and making insulting remarks
