Yesterday (live)
« on: November 03, 2015, 09:15:00 PM »

I've found this version of Yesterday. It was played before German audience - a 'territory' which wasn't unknown to the Fab Four, from their earlier days.
As with Anthology live version, George makes short introduction - partly in German (he says 'spiele' meaning 'the record').

! No longer available

Also, Paul sings in first verse:
All my troubles seems so far away -
Now I need a place to hide away

instead of
Now it looks as though they're here to stay...

Instead of humming (mmm), he ends the song with 'yesterday' - which is very nice.

George and John back on guitars - and Ringo adds drums, so the song is more 'rocky'.  icon_good

I like this version better than the one on the Anthology.

You got me thinking.  I do like the electric sounds, but prefer the original LP version  :'(
