What Is Paul's Worst Duet?

Paul McCartney is not really known for his great duets with other celebs, although they became big hits in most cases. Especially his efforts with Michael Jackson are usually slaughtered by Beatles fans.

Am I forgetting something?

Yeah, the Jacko ones are pretty bad. I haven't heard the George Michael one but I can imagine the title is accurate.

'The Man' is just horrible. I'm embarraressed to even have Pauls name associated with it.

'Get It' is a great tune. Not sure why its even listed.

I gotcha on that account, but I was leaning more towards if it was snubbed by people before. I never heard anything bad about that tune and was just wondering if it was pegged as a crapper.

Paul McCartney and Brian Wilson did a duet on Wilson's album Getting In Over My Head called "A Friend Like You".

I hate to say it since I really really love both these guys, but that's probably Macca's worst duet...

If pushed I'd say 'The Girl Is Mine' just for the awful spoken bits in it. But really, all of them!

What about Ebony & Ivory with Stevie Wonder--Then the 2nd vertion with some other person & no more Wonder!

Of cource we cant for get They're talking about us Tracy Chatman & Paul!

There were others but I will hold fast on those for now!

Ok, i'm sure we know that McCartney is a genius but what did we do to
deserve The Girl is Mine!!
I remember hearing it years back when i very young.
I never knew if McCartney & Jackson were being serious or having a laugh!
I always avoid the the track.
he's done much better duets. Used to be bad with steve miller for example.

The Girl Is Mine by A country mile. Its that line "im a lover not a fighter" that gets me.

I know he also sang Wide Prairie as a duet with Linda, but then his part was edited out to be included in Linda's 1998 posthoumous album. It would be great to listen to that recording, isn't it?  :D

The Girl Is Mine is hideous.

However, I think The Man is brilliant, it strangely reminds me of the Isley Brothers.
