I'm not sure if you can say these songs would be in a Greatest Hits Album but they surely are my favorites. So these would really be my personal greatest hits album of the Beatles.

1. Baby your a rich man
2. Dear Prudence
3. Two of Us
4. One after 909
5. For you blue
6. Get back
7. Come together
8. Polythene Pam
9. She said she said
10. While my guitar gently weeps
11. Lovely Rita
12. Hey Bulldog
13. Lucy in the sky with diamonds
14. Birthday
15. Cry baby cry
16. All together now
17. Rock n' Roll music
18. Words of love
19. Norwegian Wood
20. I'm looking through you
21. Real love
22. You've got to hide your love away
23. Martha my dear
24. Cry for a shadow
25. Don't pass me by

ok I am going to look at this logically. If it is a greatest hit CD that I want the general public to buy then you will have to do the most well known songs with a spice of songs that the average person probably doesn't know. So here are my favorites.
1.ALL MY LOVING
2.ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE
3.TWIST AND SHOUT
4.BACK IN THE USSR
5.CAN'T BUY ME LOVE
6.DAY TRIPPER
7.DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET
8.EIGHT DAYS A WEEK
9.ELEANOR RIGBY
10.YELLOW SUBMARINE
11.GOOD DAY SUNSHINE
12.GOT TO GET YOU INTO MY LIFE
13.HARD DAYS NIGHT
14.HELP
15.HEY JUDE
16.TICKET TO RIDE
17.REVOLUTION
18. I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND
19.LOVE ME DO
20.LUCY IN THE SKY WITH DIAMONDS
21.Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da
22.P.S. I LOVE YOU
23.PENNY LANE
24.PLEASE PLEASE ME
25.STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER
