The greatest classic rock album of all time from the Beatles, without a doubt, is the White Album because it's what this legendary rock band is all about. I know some of you will disagree with me & probably choose Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper or my second favorite one Abbey Road. The White Album defines them during the late 60's, which is my favorite era, with great rock, pop, blues, folk tracks & a little avant garde to make it a freak out. It's also the greatest double album of all time above other great classic ones like Exile On Main St., Physical Graffiti & The Wall. I got it for Christmas way back in 76, when I was about 12 & it blew me away at the time, so I have had it on CD for a long time now. The White Album is creatively, musically & artistically the Beatles ultimate masterpiece, above the highly overrated Sgt. Pepper in so many ways.
