Agreed, I'm very grateful for eBay. ;)

Anyway, the last Beatles item I purchased was the recent issue of MOJO which has a bunch of Beatles articles and a CD of Beatles covers ("Abbey Road" songs). The cover songs kinda sucked, but I'm more interested in the magazine articles and pictures anyway.

Yeah...although the "Across the Universe" soundtrack was pretty good, IMO. But on the MOJO CD I got, it just seemed like most of the artists lacked the charm/talent/passion/whatever that the Beatles had. I guess there IS a real reason why the Beatles are considered one of the best bands ever!  ;)

I didn't buy this, but...

I thought I was only getting the Beatles stereo box set for my birthday from my in-laws and hubby. But what I didn't know was that my husband decided to buy me a surprise gift, which turned out to be the Beatles' mono box set.  :o :o :o :o :o

That was such a holy s--t moment!! I never expected to get both sets as presents but I am really touched that he did that for me.

Plus, my wonderful mom-in-law spoiled me with lots of random and cool Beatle goodies, including a mug which I totally love.  ;D

I bought "Beatles For Sale" and "Revolver" last Friday, and I ordered "Please Please Me" and "With The Beatles" a few days ago.  Hopefully the package will arrive tomorrow.

In a bookshop called The Works I came across the book that came in a nice shellbox and had to buy it. It's very simular to the Lennon Legend book that came out few years ago as this book itself has replica memorabila inside the book
