(Hope I'm not breaking some unwritten rule (like Doug Dimsdale) by quoting a post that's not the most recent ....)
Penny Lane, from the screaming Paul in your avatar to the magic moments you've posted, I think you and ah share a LOT about what makes the Beatles special - maybe we are twins separated at birth!
Anyway, some of the most magical moments to me are Paul's screams, or even his 'bout-to-scream-type vocals. In no special order:
1) Clarabella!
2) Oooh My Soul
3) Kansas Stadt
4) Long Tall Sally
5) I'm not the biggest fan of Can't Buy Me Love, but his scream just before the guitar solo is OOOOOOOHHHH SOOOOOOO GOOOOOODDDDD!!!
6) I'm Down
7) Lucille (The whole friggin song is like on GIGANTIC scream, OMG!!)
I also love John's screams, it's amazing but when they screamed together it seemed like they did THAT in harmony also, John on the bottom and Paul on the top, like in Hard Day's Night - incredible!
9) John's scream on "Slow Down"
10) I'll have to think of more John's screams, but I think they are not any worse than Paul's (when John was in his prime, like '62 through '64).
Just my 2c!
[Edit: Hey, I wonder why I'm not able to quote Penny Lane's epic awesome thread from the last page ...
It's not like I'm trying to nail someone's head to a table, which would be cruel, if not fair ...]
