i went to nyc today and saw the dakota & strawberry fields. it was nice to see the imagine plaque on the ground with the roses arranged in a peace sign, and i saw alot of other people around so it showed they cared. the dakota was very sad though...just being in the place john was shot was something that felt good and bad at the same time. it was good because i finally got to see where he lived and it was special, but i felt so bad being able to stand in the spot where he had died. it was a strange moment, it felt like everything stopped and got quiet and calm, although it really was still busy. i also saw the beatles wax figures @ madame tasseau's wax museum, i was so overwhelmed & happy when i saw their display. i took pics ;) i also wore my john lennon t-shirt today to show my love 4 him. just wanted to share!

That's great, SexySadie! :)
I also visited that place when I was in Yew York in the summer of 95'. It felt really strange to stand on the place where John died.
