This bad mamajamma came today!

All those covers look so great strewn out on the floor like that.

When it comes to presentation there's nothing like vinyl.

?????   These mono records are wonderful.

Bad mamajamma is good, unless you already know that are just messing around.   ;)

What, is he dead?  Sit you down, father.  Rest you.

Surprisingly it wasn't the monos... that will have to wait until the next paycheck (*after* the McCartney concert)... last Beatles items I bought were 2 Beatles covers for my new iphone  :)
Peace, Love, and Beatles!

Good on you ibanez, I hope you're enjoying the records and all the reviews I've read have been very complimentary about them.

My problem, though, is that the everyday punter who may/may not like, or even have heard of, The Beatles is not being catered for by Apple. When the mono versions become available as single releases on CD I'll cease to have a gripe about them.

One thing I am sure of.....if Apple had put these out as they should have been released (with an eye on the average punter), they'd have made STACKS more dough. Sure they're expensive items, but how many people are actually buying them?

As a Beatles fan, with a bulging wad of notes at the ready, I have not purchased one of the 2009 derived releases and, unless you count specialist record shops, I have only seen one on the high street (an 'Abbey Road' in a supermarket).....and I live in London!

You're right.  Those mono CDs are great and should have been made available as individual releases.  There are plenty of Beatles fans out there who remember the monos and no longer want vinyl or casual fans who are curious about mono but don't want to buy the entire box.

Now that I have the mono vinyl, I can honestly say that the CDs are in no way a compromise quality-wise.

It's nice to enjoy the anticipation of expecting something, though.

Sounds awesome! I'm going to have to Google that t-shirt; I want one.  :)

Hi to everybody !  The last item I got was the book written by Peter Brown "The Beatles". I found it second hand ( I love second hand books !) and it turned to be one of my favourite books about them ! :)
