I loved that movie!

Then you'll love the 1941 motion picture Here Comes Mr. Jordan...

19. Here Comes Mr. Jordan 1941 - Robert Montgomery Full Movie Fantasy Comedy

Joe Pendleton is a boxer instead of a football player.  Dialogue is just about the same.

Robert Montgomery.  His daughter looked a lot like him...

I recently saw Manolete with Adrien Brody and Penélope Cruz. It was alright but the bullfighting scenes were probably the best part of the whole film.

That's happened to me frequently.  Woman drags me to movie that I don't want to see but I end up liking it!

Yeah, the new one wasn't that good. A couple of funny parts but I'd say it was a bomb.
I saw a colorized version of the one when Curley is dancing a Moe wings the eternal spring and it gets stuck on Curly's butt. He's dancing with a big(large) lady and every time she belley bucks him he bounces back up. One of my favorites!

I haven't seen the new one, but most people pretty much echo your comments.

Not that there's anything wrong with that (apologies to those who don't watch Seinfeld, you had to be there).

"To Kill a King" was this weekend. A good movie with dialogue, plot and some history!

I watched "The Avengers" over the weekend.  A big fun superhero movie.  Joss Whedon (long live Firefly!) lends his magic directing touch to Marvel!

I'm watching the HBO special John Adams tonight. I'll probably finish it tommorow. A great! movie and one every American (especially children) should see.
Off to get a pizza during intermission!
