Sorry if there is a thread dedicated to finding tabs and chords, but I can't find a good set of tabs on Heart Of The Country besides one at Ultimate Guitar that doesn't really sound right, but if someone could tell me the chords I'd be really grateful!!

I wasn't familiar with the song, but I've just listened on Youtube and the chord structure is simple enough. But Paul is playing in an unusual key - G minor.
I Look High (Bb) I Look Low (Dm)
I'm Lookin' Everywhere (Gm) I Go
Lookin'(Bb) For A Home (D7)
In The Heart Of The Country (Gm)
I'm Gonna move, I'm Gonna Go,
(same as 1st verse)
Heart(G7) Of The Country
Where The Holy(C7) People Grow,
Heart(G7) Of The Country,
Smell The Grass(C7) In The Meadow.
If G minor is too difficult, try A minor. The chords would be -
C, Em, Am, C, E7, Am
A7, D7
A7, D7
The bridge goes on into a wordless woo woo woo thing, but if you want to do that too, ask again when you've mastered the main bit.
