George will be featured on the cover of the music magazine Uncut.
Here's a picture:
It also has a CD that plays the following tracks.
1. If I Needed Someone

I know, George isn't usually on magazine covers, so I'm excited!

Wow, thanks for this info, DSL! I'm going to the bookstore today-- I hope they have a copy.

Wow, is that first track by Show of Hands, the folk group who sing Roots and Brother Jack, does anyone know? Cos they are about my fave thing at the moment. If it is them, I'll be rushing out to get it!

We only have two B&N in our town...one was sold out and I had the other hold a copy for me. When I got there I picked up the last 2 copies on the stand ... both stores sold out! I love the CD with the all the musical influences and interpretive covers, just beautiful and fun music. The article was fair, the pics are great and everyone says kind and generous things about George--Paul remembers him as "F'g brilliant!" Iit's a great issue and probably a collectible. Loving George, Dana ; )
Cubanheel -- yes it's Show of Hands.

I don't really like the CD. The old rock & roll tracks are cool but most of the Harrison covers aren't very good... I love Voodoo Glow Skulls, but I always hated their version of Here Comes the Sun...

If you want to hear Show of Hands doing their own stuff, they are on youtube singing Roots. Amazing.
