Try doing one song of each style.

Like, a ballad (Yesterday; Let It Be; Hey Jude...), an heavier rock song (Helter Skelter; I Want You (She's So Heavy)...), a funkier pop song (Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da; Maxwell's Silver Hammer; Yellow Submarine...) and a more oldies-style song (Day Tripper, A Hard Day's Night, Please Please Me...).

I'm not sure what to suggest as a perfect set. There really is so many ways of looking at it. I wish you all the best though. ;)

Mairi? Sandra? Beatle Ed? Anyone want to sit in a bag for awhile or maybe knit blindfolded while they play?

Junior's right.  Get somebody in a bag and then claim that Yoko is making a live appearance with you.

You could do the first Ed Sullivan Set. Or how about the Bootleg Beatles as the Deccas or something.
