Just saw this..

..apparently he said this the same day he died. Makes me so sad.

Yes, he did say it on that day, to Dave Sholin from RKO radio. Sholin had interviewed John earlier but actually got the quote when the car that was to take John and Yoko to the studio didn't show up and Sholin gave them a ride. That final interview is tough to listen to but I'm so glad we have it.
