It was going to be the third reunion song, after "Free as a Bird" and "Real Love", but was scrapped after just a basic backing track had been made to accompany Lennon's original demo. I think that's just the demo version of the song in the You Tube vid.

Wow, I've heard all about how there was going to be a third reunion song, but it was dropped. Thanks for letting me know.
I wonder how people on YouTube always manage to "own" everything. Show-offs. How'd they get it, if McCartney, Yoko, and Company didn't release it? Huh, huh, huh? Show-off's.
