Hi Stephen,

I like it very much. It is a catchy song. Indeed Beatlesque. The slide show is also very good, real 60s!

Thanks to all of you. It took many weeks of work to produce, but it really has made it worthwhile just to have a few nice comments from people.

Well done. Does the original 1969 demo tape still exist?

Yes - we still have the original demo tape and rejection letter. Most of the songs are really bad. That

No chance! I don't mind the odd person laughing at it, but not a whole public forum :)

Hey Stephen. Nice song. I'm also impressed you got a reply from Apple - the impression I got from Richard DiLello's book was that Apple staff never really bothered going through the thousands of submissions they received every week.

Both the story and video seem to be well received by the majority of enthusiastic Beatles fans so I've been racking my brains trying to think of other ways to get it exposed to more fans. The only ideas that I have had are to contact the Mathew Street Festival (in Liverpool) or the Hard Days Night Hotel to see if they might want to play it somewhere. Or possibly I could try to find some Beatles related news site or newsletter that might be willing to give it a shout out?

If any of you have any ideas I would really appreciate hearing them?!

@Joe - It's nice to think that we stood out enough to receive a letter. i didn't know that. Thanks!

@freakchic9 - Empire State Building has been booked

@ Bobber - That's a good idea. They might find it quite amusing if I can get it to the right person.
