Can someone please tell me the correct chords for the Anthology version of Real Love?

I tried playing along to the chords in the link below but they sounded slightly off and the break after the first chorus and the solo chords aren't listed.

There are some good links,... but I'm afraid that the chords to that song are the same in almost every site. If I ever find some different chords I'll post them here.
