Welsh Streets protestors heckle Grant Shapps as he announces Ringo Starr's house to be saved

GOVERNMENT minister Grant Shapps visited Liverpool to announce that Ringo Starr’s childhood home was to be saved from the wrecking ball –but faced heckles from anti-demolition campaigners demanding more properties be saved.
