I find that quite baffling. Whilst being relatively well recorded, and almost devoid of screaming, The Beatles are terrible, and the quietness of the audience merely shows this up. I'm afraid anything from the '66 tour is a waste of time. Historical value only. Listen to the bootleg 'Live in Japan' first. I'll put it up in the Bootleg section if you want it.

Agreed BM, Paperback Writer is terrible! lol
It really gave me reason to not be so precious about performing Beatles live.. The vibe is most important. Sureley theres nothing there worth purchasing that they have not shown already on the Anthologies?

Yep. I just can't see the point of this. I mean, in film of The Beatles live what you get is a fantastic atmosphere. You can barely hear the band. And the fans are going wild. Have you seen photo's from The Budokan? Were going to have crap music, the whole of the arena area empty, and the fans just sitting motionless. I think this could be one DVD I don't buy.

BTW, Amazon has it at 14.24 for July 30 release.

Its a very good  dvd mag , always spot on, on future releases
It dos`nt tell you whats on these RED and BLUE  dvd s , anyone got any ideas ?
