I think all of them were hippies, LOL.  I'm not quite sure what would make one more "hippie-ish" than the others.  Taking loads more drugs, perhaps?   ;D

Anyway, they were all into mind-bending substances as well as the whole "peace and love" thing, and their clothes were pretty far out too, so I have to choose all four. ;)

When I imagine them, it was John. He looks hippish. But actually it was George, who got disappointed in hippies later.

i reckon Ringo wouldnt have bothered with half the styles they did if it wasnt for the bandsi mage whole image - he seems like a nice short back and sides kind of guy and maybe a pair of cords.

Paul i reckon would be in to all the trends, and always at the cutting edge of fashion, but wouldnt go to extreme like (growing his hair to messy, or wearing unflattering clothing) at the expense of looking good.

John i think he looked the part but it was more for show and publicity, more trendy hippy with the white suits and that (more for show)

George seems much more than just the image, he seemed in touch with the planet more so than the rest and its energy. and his dress sense didnt seem forced.

I think George too and agree John was more "Hippy Chic"  you did'nt see many hippies in white suits .
Ringo had some style , but Paul always seems quite concervative in his dress .
