A bird crapped on my shoulder..... Two days later I get a letter confirming my job position is secured (as we are going through a restructure)

I remember reading somewhere that that (getting pooped on by a bird) is supposed to be good luck.  ;)

When it happens here it's of the dog variety and it just means that the shoe or paw scrubbing protocol has to be initiated...quickly.

Oh yeah...it won't be long! I was flipping through the channels not long ago and landed on a show that had Ozzie and Harriett Nelson in it. It seemed so much like a TZ episode but it was in color. Sure enough, there was Rod at the end! I had never seen it in color before. It was quite a story, as they all are! Enjoy your marathon...I might stop in myself this year. :)

Yeah.  The plot was creepy enough but seeing Ozzie and Harriet as the Millikens added to the creepiness.  Rod Serling was a genius!

No problem -- I know exactly how that goes. I probably wouldn't have even noticed if you hadn't mentioned it.  ;)

Speaking of "misclickulation"s, I mistakenly typed in "9 mission people" instead of ""9 million people" while working on an article a few weeks ago. Luckily, the author (graciously) caught it!  <blush>
