I think 'Wonderful Christmastime' is more into the holiday spirit than 'Happy X-mas'
I mean let's be honest, no one really thinks about how rest of the world is doing on Christmas Day.

I guess both have their thing. "Wonderful Christmas Time" is something warmer, to enjoy the holidays with our friends and family and be happy to be there. "Happy Xmas" is more reflexive, talks about all the problems that society tries to forget with all the presents and stuff from this season.
Definitely, both are pretty awesome :)
