Wife came out of the bedroom when she woke up the other day saying she wanted to go out for lunch on the bike.  I asked what she was in the mood for.  The answer was perch, so we jumped on the bike and rode up to Lake Erie.  It was cold, but it was a nice 300+ mile day.

We rode into Ashtabula and then went over to "Geneva On The Lake" and finally ate at Brennan's Fish House in Grand River.  Brennan's is supposed to be well known for their perch and walleye, but I've had better at different places up there.

Okay, I see where that is on the map. Even though Lake Erie isn't even close to being the largest of the Great Lakes it still covers a lot of area, and makes a lot of snow too!

Prom pics.




My son's girlfriend is a senior so he took her, but they are so funny.  She really likes the Addams Family so they went to homecoming in black and red.  He likes the Joker so it was green and purple for the prom.

Todd, the prom photos are lovely. My elder daughter has the same cascading dark locks, but she had the hairdresser put it up in a mass of curls. It looked nice, but I was hoping she'd choose a style more like your son's girlfriend. Hope they had fun!

Awww, thanks, Kelley! Looking at them one might never guess they're masters of they eye roll and the teenage-girl huff.   ;)  Actually, they're growing out of that stage now, and my son has started.
