I think they made the perfect selection for The Concert for George.

I like this early image of George with the sitar.

It's just really neat seeing a "different" George playing sitar.

I know that somewhere on this forum someone posted this picture and we wondered if this is Hayley Mills. It is.

"She didn't date much, but her mother apparently arranged to have Beatle George Harrison selected as Hayley's escort to a midnight charity performance of the Audrey Hepburn film "Charade" at the Regal Cinema in Henley-On-Thames on March 20, 1964, less than a month before her 16th birthday."  Hayley Mills

Here's another very candid shot from April 9, 1964. Kind of a reverse photo bomb!

From a prenuptial photo session with Robert Freeman in January 1966. He went on to do the covers of With the Beatles, Beatles for Sale, HELP! and Rubber Soul.

Yeah, I was quite surprised when I came across these pictures. I can't find it right now but I read that he also embraced George's spirituality.

I guess if you're child earns so much more than you ever did so early in life youd think he might be on to something.

If Mimi had been as open minded we might have been treated to her writhing around to Jefferson Airplane with no bra and tie-dyes.

Hmm...that's quite a visual!
