The fill in the blank one is brutal! Makes me realize how little I actually know!

The same thing happened to me! Do you want to know a secret...? Stupid! Weird question here, but do they actually used p*ssed in the American sense now in the UK? Just noticed you used it that way in your post. I'm assuming you're not drunk! ;D

That was the SAME question I got wrong!!!!

OK, to clarify... if you are in the UK and were to say "I am p*ssed", it means "I am drunk". BUT if you were to say "I am p*ssed off" it means something has really got on your nerves... the "off" makes all the difference! :)

Oh! Well it goes either way here. With or without the off. But you probably knew that. I didn't think they used it that way at all over there. Except for like p*ss off! ;D Well, I've learned something new then! Sorry for the stupid question!

that damn fill in the blank one is rough on my spelling.  It seems to be capitol sensitive too.  How the hell do you spell "happinness" anyways?

Two Ps and one N I think!

I reckon one of those questions is wrong... I always thought Blackbird's lryic was "arise" not "arrive".

That wasn't a stupid question! Our languge (as in here in the UK) has many little quirky things which change the meaning of phrases... for example:

To say something is "Bollocks" means it is false, a lie or untrue

BUT

If something is "THE bollocks", it means something is fantastically good!

Weird huh! ;D

I've heard of bollocks, but not in the second way with the THE. Kinda like: The Bomb! Which thankfully is no longer popular. At least not in my circles!
BTW, whenever I hear bollocks, I think of the Sex Pistols. And the way they used it really confuses me. Nevermind them? Okay!

It IS confusing actually! "The Bollocks" used in the Sex Pistols album title means rubbish or hype - basically substitute 'bollocks' for 'bullsh*t'... so roughly translated it means "pay no regard to the bullsh*t"!!! ;D
