I never knew that Norman Smith submitted Please Please Me to Decca after they recorded it, he sent an acetate to them of it under a different nameand the same guy (Dick Rowe) turned it down....again

Wonder what he thought as it then rocketed up the charts  :-X

The Decca Tapes was one of the first bootlegs I got. It includes Love Of The Loved which is, if I'm correct, still not officially released.
