I like my chopped sirloin steak well done, with a baked potato & sour cream, which is great.  I like to go Western Sizzlers, as well as a place called Logans & a home cooked steak every now & then.

i'd rather have ribs than steak but when i do have steak, i'd go with steak tips, marinated in like a lemon pepper or hawaiian flavor and cooked to medium.

agreed...i'll have a medium rare sirloin smothered in black pepper and onions...with blanched green beans and a large salad with blue cheese dressing and a heap of steak fries....and we are talking steer here nadja...cow not pig....

rare is good too as long as its not marinated and is a good cut of beef...wayne you wanna go crusin for hopa's???
any buddy like aged beef???
