Yeah, It's the character named 'Him'. And has anyone seen the PPG episode with the Beatles references in it? I saw that one in Dutch, it wasn't that great...They were called the Beat Alls. (Him, Mojo, Princess and Fuzzy Lumkins...Lumpkins?)

There was also another episode when HIM made everyone in Townsville hate the PowerPuff Girls. I heard it was suppose to be based on The Meanie destroying all the love in Pepperland.
