I'm going to jump in a bit early here and wish you all a very happy 2012, because as of 8:00 am CST tomorrow, I will be firmly ensconced in front of the TV watching (remember the "Who's your celebrity crush?" thread?) the TWILIGHT ZONE MARATHON.  :D

And right now I have to hurry up and get enough work done so I can watch with a clear conscience!

Happy New Year, everyone.  8)

I thought I replied to this, telling you to watch that marathon no matter how much work you got done, but i don't see the post. Anyway, it sounds like you did and I'm glad!

I don't think she'll be answering.  She's lost in a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind.

Oh I agree, ROD SERLING'S vocabulary is extraordinary! However, his constant cigarette smoking on the show makes his vocabulary on THE TWILIGHT ZONE very interesting and classy.

There is a fifth dimension, beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call The Twilight Zone.

I love the music to the show, I heard that THE GRATEFUL DEAD recorded the opening music at one time.

Did anyone see this?

"The lyrics of John Lennon's "Imagine" are well-known to generations of fans, and when Cee Lo Green changed them while performing in New York's Times Square on New Year's Eve, not everyone took it well."

Changing Lennon's lyrics to "Imagine" is a no no!
