What about crickets? They're not explicitly mentioned, but they do make a cameo appearance on Sun King! (Okay, maybe that's a stretch)

Well, if you count that there's: girl, babe, baby, child, daughter, mother, father, teacher.....along with the scores of proper names.  If only animals: Canary, cat, Cocker Spaniel, piggies, birds, and, would you count Rocking Horse People?

Bird (And You Bird Can Sing), a canary, a cocker spaniel, and a cat (Bad Boy), monkey (Come Together), bird, bee, lark (XDDD) (Cry Baby Cry), poooony and dog (Dig a Pony), bird (Free As a Bird, of course~)
....Going through the songs alphabetically, looking for animals, is quite a pain. XD
