Does anyone know if Richard Lester's 'Follow The Beatles' documentary, filmed on 26-27 February 1964 at Abbey Road, is available??

A lot of stuff I have seen before - used in Anthology and for a couple of promo videos etc, but I never knew that Richard Lester had filmed it.
