"Here Today" in concert
« on: June 09, 2012, 04:37:07 PM »

Who else has noticed that when Paul gets to the line: "but we could always sing", he jumps ahead to the rest of the bridge instead of playing the bit where Sir George's cello orchestration appears on the track? To me, whenever I hear that, my eyes start to moisten. Could the same be true for Paul? In some gigs, he still struggles through the song, and I wonder if he bypasses that bit because he hears the cello in his head. Just curious.

Paul can be one tough son-of-a-b**** emotionally, but not during this song.
