I found (and bought) The Beatles' Second Album on vinyl. I didn't notice until a while later that someone had written on the back of the outer cover, "C.S." That is C.S. that someone f*cking did that.

My boyfriend found an original Revolver LP, which he so kindly bought for me!  :)

My mom had Sgt. Pepper when she was a kid.
It got me into The Beatles, and now it belongs to me.
I love it so much.
Will eventually get around to collecting the rest when I've more money.

I went to a vinyl fair and among many other things, I managed to snag an original White Album for £18!  It didn't have the pictures and posters with it (I saw one that did, but it was too expensive) but the records are in great shape, and it's definitely an original.  The cover's tangibly old, and it's got a number stamp like the originals did...  *excited*   :D

Excellent - well done.
Is it stereo or mono? And what is the number on the front?
£18 is a good price for an original white album, even without the inserts.

I'm afraid my White Album doesn't say whether it's mono or stereo, but listening to it now, I'd say it was good old mono.  And the number stamp reads "No. 163990".  The Beatles logo is properly embossed too, not printed...  I'm very happy!  And it plays like a dream too.  :D

And at £18 - it's only 60p per tune!!!!
Cheaper than yer average song on iTunes.
Surely even the worst songs on the White Album are worth 60p!
Whatever way you look at it, you have yourself a bargain. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!  ;D

I certainly am enjoying it!  It plays spectacularly for a record that's obviously been passed around between god knows how many people for that long.  It's probably one of the best ones I've been lucky enough to find.   :)

If it doesn't say STEREO over the catalog number on the label, it's mono.

I hope you don't mind me editing your post, AppleScruffy96.  I just added the correct HTML codes so we can see this LP without clicking on the links.

Thank you for posting it.
