... it sounds like its being sung in German...

it was labled the funny version of Get Back

has anyone else heard this?

yes. I think you mean Geh Raus. It's german but very bad german. Paul transleted it.

Yeah, it's sung in "faux" German - it's just a fun version that the Beatles jammed whilst rehearsing Get Back... Get Rausch!
