I've read several articles implying that Paul will be performing at the coronation. This is one of them: https://metro.co.uk/2023/02/05/sir-paul-mccartney-front-runner-to-perform-at-king-charles-coronation-18224497/
I see that this piece doesn't actually state that this is definite; it says that he has been "chosen" but not formally accepted. However, the following sentence implies that he has accepted: "It has been rumoured that royal planners are hopeful that other big names will follow in the rockstar’s footsteps and sign up to take part in the day once they’re made aware of his presence."
Perhaps that is wishful thinking on the coronation planners' part.
And yet I just came across this article, which doesn't mention him at all: https://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/king-charles-denied-harry-styles-adele-elton-john-coronation-concert-experts-reveal-why
I'll be curious to learn in the coming weeks whether he will be performing. If he will, I'll likely tune in.

He’ll have to do a rewrite of Her Majesty

Coronation ?
What a load of Royal toffee nosed rubbish, bring on the Republic.
Couldn't imagine George or John going anywhere near this .

I’m surprised Johnny Rotten isn’t lining up for it.

Looks like Paul is not playing (although this article specifies these are the "first" performers). I'm mildly curious; I assumed he would perform.
