I've been on a classic movie marathon lately and recently saw Arsenic and Old Lace which I loved. Still very funny!  :)

I need to take the time to watch more movies I think. I didn't even know that was a comedy! I'm guessing with arsenic in the title it's a dark comedy?  ;D  Another thing I don't know is why predictive text would change movies to McKittrich. I've never even typed that name until just now!

I watched Leningrad today

Very good movie

7/10

When in 1941 Nazi Germany invaded the Soviet Union, their troops quickly besieged Leningrad. Foreign journalists are evacuated but one of them, Kate Davies, is presumed dead and misses the plane. Alone in the city she is helped by Nina Tsvetnova a young and idealist police officer and together they will fight for their own survival and the survival of the people in the besieged Leningrad.

I'm glad you gave that description Kev. I thought Netflix didn't have it but apparently here it's know as Attack on Leningrad. So now it's in my queue.

Deadpool was funny and obscene!  It's easy to see why it was R-Rated!  icon_good

I was wary because of all the hype, but it is entertaining. Not to mention the participation of (((le sigh))) Miss Morena Baccarin...

Shame on me, I didn't know about "Attack on Leningrad". Amoung "Deadpool" I'll watched it.
Anyway yesterday I watched "The Revenant". Eventually. It is very severe movie with beautiful views of nature!

I thought that movie sounded familiar then I remembered that a man from my hometown built some of they weaponry seen in the film. Lots of people were sharing articles about him on Facebook for a while. It was big news in a small town!

I saw Starman a couple of days ago and it's now become one of my favourite movies! It's not often that I fall in love with a movie but this was one of those rare occasions. It was a wonderful mix of sci-fi, romance and comedy and it was lovely.  icon_good

Probably a top 5 comic book movie for me.  A lot of fun and tons of eye candy.  Family loved it.
