Paul McCartney’s Record Store Day Offer and Ram Reissue

This year’s Record Store Day will offer us a replica of Paul McCartney’s very first solo single, 1971’s Another Day.The ditty was a top-5 hit in many countries but despite being recorded during the sessions for Ram, it didn’t appear on the album. Nor did the B-side, Oh Woman, Oh Why, the more rockin’ of the two.While certainly cool for collectors and Record Store Day fans, perhaps more excitingly the Archive Collection Edition of Ram –featuring previously unheard material- will be released May 22.
