I think John Lennon played the banjo in All You Need is Love. I looked up in the multitracks of the song and it was on the drum track.

Julia taught John to play banjo when he was a teenager. She gave him her banjo but it went missing in the late 1950s. He tuned and strummed it like a guitar.
He's strumming chords on the banjo and it's isolated very clearly on the version you posted, Daniel. Thank you.

I don't recall any pictures of John with a banjo strange enough. I do know that there's a pic of Paul with the instrument tho.
