just watching the clip, in the stewards defense they were preoccupied by the supporters charging the players at the corner flag, so that obviously had a lot to do with the wee man thinking he could charge the pitch, still though it was great result even if we had been outplayed for most of the game.  :)

excellent result and its a shame it has been overshadowed by other results like celtics and rangers win over lyon, but i suppose Chelsea are top 4 in europe now and anything less is disastrous so they are just  expected to win every game even against strong oppostion like valencia , but respect has to be given especially with the mourinho scenario

I'm reasonably happy with any Dutchman. Is it definately on? I hope we get Gus Hiddink.

It was on the news here that it's on. His results with Ajax were not really satisfying.

Well I hope Roman Abramovich had a wonderful birthday watching Chelsea play in exactly the same way as they did under Jose. The only thing that Grant didn't do, that Jose would have, is stick another defender on when it went to 2-0. Which is exactly what he should have done, as the win was more important than the goal difference.

I can see us losing or drawing this season because they won't stop attacking. So hopefully Roman is going to be happy with a trophyless season. Obviously 10 trophies in the last 9 years playing sensible, but good football, is not enough. Next manager? Ossie Ardilles!!

England couldn`t beat a dead donkey strapped down with 4 house bricks tied to each leg , with a big yellow target painted on it , with McClaren in charge [ 3rd choice ]  :D

Talking of funny moments in English football , this has got to be the funniest

Beware ! England not qualifing and some naughty words .
