I know Yoko says the phrase "Not when he looked so fierce" on The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill. Were there any other instances where we can hear her voice in a Beatles song?

Birthday and Revolution #9 for a start.
-
her footprints are all over that album.

I'd rather say a fingerprint here and there.

Read somewhere that Linda Eastman vocally contributed on track Let It Be.
Uncredited, of course.

do not remind me that yoko is on the white album...big mistake.another thing-i know everywhere it says that yoko sang the line in 'bungalow bill' but i've never been too sure.it's sang kind of in tune for a kick-off. ???

Well, she was there when they were making the album, so she
was a fifth Beatle. :P For a short while. roll:) And one verse sung
by her in Bungalow Bill is OK - it's John's song.
Ringo's wife Maureen is also in chorus of the song.

Pattie Harrison and (I think) Mo Starkey also contributed backing vocals to Birthday.

I think Yoko also appears briefly on Happiness Is A Warm Gun, during the "I need a fix" section if you listen carefully. Unless my ears deceive me. I always thought it was just John double tracking himself but on the last "cos I'm going down", the backing sounds decidedly like a female voice. Might need to listen through headphones to hear properly.
