Watched the Electric Proms last night on BBC 2 and the "Last Shadow Puppets" did a brilliant version of The Beatles  I Want You (She's So Heavy)
You can see their performance on the Electric Proms by visiting the BBC iplayer .They did a very faithful version of the song sounded just like The Beatles , go 42:27 into the show to hear their version .

Whoa! I give props to the bass player. The bass line for I Want You (She's So Heavy) is pretty darn complex sounding.

Hope The Last Shadow Puppets release this live material , im very impressed by them i've had their album "The Age Of the Understatement" since it came out, it's a brilliant album great 60's feel to it.
Alex Turnner one of the puppets is also lead singer in the "Arctic Monkeys" it's hard to believe he's only 22 , he sounds like a real pro .
 I think he's a major talent ?

wait, wait, wait...  Someone in that awesome band is from the Artic Monkeys, like the "I bet that you look good on the dancefloor, pop like a robot from 1984..." Artic Monkeys?  I wouldn't have guessed that in a million years!
