Where do people find all these demos by John?

On You Tube, I've seen a few demos of songs John never released.  Yesterday for example, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lilE6lT9nMg and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1uIwaWvvQs.  "She's a friend of Dorothy's" and "One of the boys."

Where do people find these demos?  Are they insiders to the Beatles world somehow?  How do they get access to this stuff?
