Frank Sinatra on Something -- what'd he say?
« on: October 27, 2004, 07:04:02 PM »

I've heard three separate versions of Frank Sinatra's comments about Something, and they are:

1) Something is the best love song ever.
2) Something is the best love song of the past 50 years.
3) Something is the best love song by Lennon and McCartney  ??)

What did he actually say about it? Anyone know?

I second that answer!!! Except, Something is the best love song of the 20th century

There is a gig, I know Quincy Jones was conducting where Frank introduces the song as such. Can't remember location though. Used to have it on tape.
Hope that's useful. :-/
