Some of the wonderfull sound effects that The Beatles used on their albums and singles really jump out at you now on the new remastered CD's .
Sgt.Pepper's as some great examples and today i was listening to the bubbling effect on Octopus's Garden which give's the song a real fun feel .
Have you got a favourite sound effect on a Beatles song ? and have you spotted sound effects that you did'nt hear on the old CD's ? :)

Simple, unoticed effects like On A Day In A Life - the bongo sort of percussion.
Tommorrow Never Knows - Leslie Speakers etc.
The Moog on she's so heavy and fuzz bass on Think for yourself - which is outstanding!

i haven't heard remasters but i'd love to listen for paul's "mouth bass" on 'I Will'
i'd heard that song for years thinking it was a bass guitar. only when i read something did i realize he was doing a doo wop/human beatbox type thing
i guess i'd check for the animals between good morning good morning and sgt pepper reprise too

I haven't heard the remasters (yet!) but I've always loved how the jet sound effect on Back in the USSR faded into the beginning of Dear Prudence.
