Yoko Ono to show art in Kitchener

When one visits an exhibit put on by Yoko Ono it’s easy to see she was more than simply the wife of the late pop icon John Lennon.Before she met the former Beatle she was a well-known avant-garde artist and — through their relationship — she kept busy with projects keeping true to her own creative spirit.We’ll all be able to witness some of this work again as the Themuseum in downtown Kitchener (10 King St. W.) shows 10 of her installations from May 12 to Sept. 3.
