El Paraíso del Rock Clásico
« on: June 29, 2017, 02:54:15 PM »

"El Paraíso del Rock Clásico" (Classic Rock Paradise) is my humble web site where I do short revisions of selected albums from favorite '60s artists. Actually the page is in Spanish, so it may be less interesting to people who do not speak my native language. But you can enter and at least see my califications of records if you are insterested.

You worked hard there. Nice job! I don't understand Spanish but I can still tell which Beatles albums are your favorites. ;)

I guess the word "calification" does not exist. But I suppose you understood me; I meant "rating" or "score".

If it's not a word it should be. I'm going to use it.  ;D

Thanks for visiting my page, Kelley!

You're welcome, Andrés.  :)

I like your word, too. I think it could be used to describe the process of adopting the ways of California. For our purposes here it could also be used when one is discovering the California sound of the '60's. I listened to Jefferson Airplane and my Calification began.  ;)

Thanks Bobber! Actually my site is a bit older, and I didn't share it here before because of the language, but now I decided to share it anyway. I haven't been around much lately because I was quite busy at work.

The word in Spanish is "calificación", a noun. And it's a common confusion to translate any word finishing with "ción" to "tion". For instance "transformación" is correctly translated to "transformation", but that's not a rule to be applied to any word! :)
