JOHN LENNON'S JUKEBOX

Does anyone know if the 2004 documentary of "JOHN LENNON'S JUKEBOX" from The South Bank Show ever been released on DVD? Or Ringo Live at the Genesee Theater in Waukegan, Ill. Jun/24/2005 from PBS' Sound Stage been released on DVD? Or the documentary "Paul McCartney Backstage -- Super Bowl XXXIX" that was on the NFL Network and produced by MPL? I know the halftime show he did is on the McCartney Years DVD but this focuses on the behind the scenes, rehearsal, interviews with Paul and the band.

Unrelated, but upon getting (well, downloading) John Lennon's Jukebox, I was really p*ssed off to hear that the version of 'Some Other Guy' by the Big 3 was a terrible mid-70s one rather than the storming original.

A shame. Fate always seems to deal cruel blows to that wonderful band.

It can be found on YouTube in fourteen parts. Search for 'Lennon Jukebox'. I'm not aware that it was released on dvd tho.
